Our legal practice is focused on creditor representation and real estate law. As creditors' attorneys, Marinstein & Marinstein protects domestic and international creditors and their rights in collections law by counseling against loss from delinquent accounts.

We provide experienced assistance in the representation of creditors in negotiating with debtors, in suing debtors for the recovery of money, and enforcement judgments against debtors through such means as wage garnishments, levies on bank accounts, sale of property; and in requesting denial of bankruptcy discharge and other remedies. We bring actions in courts in New York State, federal district courts, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. 

Our clients include lenders, insurance companies, manufacturers, wholesalers, building suppliers, transportation companies, contractors, factors, debt buyers, lessors, and a variety of other business entities, as well as individuals. We receive referrals from and handle claims for collections agencies nationwide.

In real estate law, we handle a wide variety of transactions, including buying and selling real estate, zoning and land use planning, lease negotiation, and construction financing for both residential and commercial clients.
